Not surprised. Creationist lies.

As a courtesy, I am mirroring a video criticizing the creationist lobbyist group The Discovery Institute. DI has filed a false claim of copyright infringement against the producer of this video. A potential lawsuit may be brewing. The point of mirroring is that the Internet content is released into the wide and can not be withdrawn. Censorship is the last refuge of the scumbags.

Steve Neubauer and Jim Grove at the York street fair

...and don't forget Matt Juba's dinosaur. Last year we challenged Jim to read "The God Delusion". Jim said he read parts of it, and thinks Dawkins is "stupid". Jim and his crowd are basically nice, but very, very deluded people. In past years, a friendly Nazi operated as a clothing vendor next to us. This year, he got his application in late and was assigned to another space. He told us he was disappointed, as he always enjoyed the street drama that Jim's crew provided.

Barrel empty, message delivered

No Bibles in the barrel but that was expected...

The exposure was important. Many people that are not nonbelievers still think that wasteful congressional spending is wrong. Therefore, some allies might have been made.

At the CATPO-tal

QUOTEWORTHY:

"Hopefully, the recycled paper will be turned into truly useful items, such as science books and tissue products." , Carl Silverman with Concerned Atheist Tax Payers Organization, in a release calling on state lawmakers to either pay the state for the free Bibles they were given or turn them in to his group to have them recycled.
